I've spent 8+ years working my way through the whole data stack. I started in BI, moved into data engineering, and now I integrate agentic harnesses into data products. I'm a Brazilian-Italian engineer, living in Copenhagen.

- The future of data products. Agentic AI takes data products well past the Excel files and dashboards data teams used to ship, and it has to: as long as a data product lives in Excel, no agent can connect it to an API. So I'm obsessed with giving problems their own interfaces, with a UI and UX made for the job, and building agentic harnesses right into them.
- Org-wide AI adoption. Getting a whole company to actually use AI, which I think is one of the biggest returns on offer right now.
- Efficient semantic layers. On the data engineering side: a lean semantic layer over the warehouse, so every metric means one thing wherever it's used.

Copenhagen · owning the analytics function (data engineering, warehouse, cloud infrastructure and reporting) for a 100-person, 1B+ DKK e-commerce business, plus the AI and automation layer built on top of it.
- Delivered 60+ AI and automation projects across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, with efficiency gains equal to 5 full-time employees
- Lead the whole company horizontally towards AI adoption and efficient use of AI, running company-wide workshops and leading the AI champions group across all departments

- Brought the marketing and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Klaviyo, email) in from their APIs and into governed CTR, CPC and campaign performance reporting
- Turned cross-functional requirements into KPI frameworks and 100+ data products used across the business
- Designed the pipelines with lineage, auditability and reliability built in, the groundwork the later AI work stands on
